Godul Dhoj and Bhim Bahadur are brothers of same father. There was a land in the name of my Grandfather Khil Bahadur Son of Godul Dhoj) and Hari Bahadur Silwal ( Son of Bhim Bahdur) as shown in the field book of Malpot. Similarly, it was told that they had taken a loan from Arjun Khatri. It was paid but the necessary document work was not done and Arjun Khatri died after few days. Hence, work was pending. Later Hari Bahadur made it in his name. He got it in his name from Bhim Bahadur Silwal. Then the land seems to have been passed to Masali Silwal his wife after his death and even Madhu Silwal the son. How can Hari Bahadur make his only name so easily?

Sushil ji,
Thank you to your queries. The transfer deeds and documents during transfer from Maplot needs to be reviewed to check how he transfer the land. If the partition (अंशबण्डा ) on property has not been done. Family members and heirs will have rights on the property. We need more details from you for better advice so you can connect with me in phone/whats app/viber, my number: 0977-9841095964.
