I have a son from my ex husband who is of foreign nationality. Could my son get his citizenship from me?

As per the Nepal Citizenship Act 2063 clause 5, I think my son is eligible to get his citizenship.

I have consulted with many lawyers but they say even if the act is there, its not easy.

If anyone could provide genuine response to this would be really helpful.
