Dear sir/madam: My question as follow: 1. If somebody takes and holds another person's Citizenship (Nagarikta) intentionally and doesn't give back? What legal punishment he or she will get? 2. If someone already knows about law that it's a legal crime to hold someone's citizenship, and intentionally gives Nagarikta (for deposit while borrowing money) to third person who is not aware of this law, in such case what legal punishment could have for both persons?
