Yes, you can marry in Nepal.
The required documents are as follows:
1. Passport size photo 3 copies
2. No objection letter form concern authority or embassy.
3. letter from local authority stating you are staying here. You should have stayed at least 15 days.
4. Marriage law of your countries (translation in Nepali language)
5. Copy of passport of both.
6. One witness each with original passport or citizenship, should present in court of Nepal.
