What is the Legal Grounds for Divorce for Husband in Nepal?

Currently I am out side of Nepal. I am planning to get divorce with my with wife in Nepal. Can you please explain to me the ground for husband to get divorce. It would be great if you explain in this thread instead of leaving your contact number.

  1. Husband May file for Divorce without consent of wife in following grounds:
  2. 1. If the wife has been living separately for consecutive 3 years or more without the consent of the husband,
  3. 2. If the wife deprives the husband of the maintenance costs or expels him from the house,
  4. 3. If the wife commits an act or conspiracy that results in grievous hurt or other severe physical or mental pain to the husband,
  5. 4. If the wife is proved to have made sexual relation with another person.
